Maefield offers a unique bed and breakfast experience beyond
the typical for you and your family. We are special in the fact
that we also welcome dogs and horses.
We are located just off of Highway 402, close to the towns of
Wyoming and Forest. For those of you coming or going to the
United States we are just minutes from the Bluewater
International Bridge at Sarnia.
Situated on 4 acres complete with pastures, stalls and
provisions for stabling horses, Maefield Horse Farm Lodge &
Livery is positioned to provide a comfortable environment for
your horses and you during your travels.
Originally
built in 1890, this quaint country home provides a wonderfully
peaceful and scenic rest stop for travelers of all kinds. Home
cooked meals enhance the "down home" ambience of our
accommodations.
ATTENTION OUT OF TOWN WORKERS:
If you need to stay in this area for any length of time,
Maefield can provide you with a "home away from home". Please
call to inquire about a special corporate rate.
High Speed wireless Internet is also available.
In keeping with our oil heritage historical location we are
close the Lambton county library where you can access
genealogical records for all of Ontario and most of Canada.
